Dr. Jeremy Qualls is a Professor in the Departments of Physics and Engineering at the University of Southern Maine (USM), affiliated with the College of Science, Technology, and Health. He previously served as Dean of this college for six years, overseeing 14 academic programs and fostering interdisciplinary initiatives.
