Jeremy Patrick

Dr. Jeremy Patrick is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Law and Justice at the University of Southern Queensland. He holds a BA (CSC, 1999), JD (Nebraska, 2002), LLM (Toronto, 2004), and PhD (York, Canada, 2013). His expertise spans constitutional law, civil liberties, law and religion, and legal research methodologies. He has been affiliated with the university since 2012, contributing to the Law, Religion, and Heritage Research Program.

Qualifications include advanced studies in constitutional law and legal theory. His research focuses on comparative constitutionalism, religious freedom, and historical legal analysis. Recent publications address jury trials, religious educational institutions, and constitutional path dependency.
