Dr. Jeremy Hamm is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at North Dakota State University. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Manitoba and completed postdoctoral fellowships at the University of California, Irvine, and Concordia University. His research investigates how motivational and self-regulatory mechanisms—including personal beliefs, discrete emotions, and goal-directed behaviors—facilitate adaptive development during stressful life transitions across adulthood.
