Jenny Rodriguez is a Senior Lecturer in Employment Studies at Alliance Manchester Business School (The University of Manchester), leading the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Research Theme at the Work & Equalities Institute. She holds adjunct roles as External Examiner at Southampton Business School and serves on national committees for Race Equality initiatives.
