Jenny Dose is a Professor of Management at Messiah University’s Department of Business, where she has taught since 2000. She previously taught at the University of Minnesota-Morris and brings consulting experience in performance appraisal, selection, organizational development, and strategic planning for educational, healthcare, and insurance organizations.
- Education: B.A. in Management and Psychology (Wittenberg University), M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology (The Ohio State University)
Her research focuses on group decision making, social network analysis, work values, and the integration of Christian faith into leadership and management education. She has published in journals such as Journal of Biblical Integration in Business, Human Resources Management Review, and Group Dynamics, and co-authored a study guide for a Principles of Management textbook. Dr. Dose currently serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Biblical Integration in Business.
At Messiah University, she teaches courses including IDFY 101 First Year Seminar: Looking at Leadership, HRM 301 Human Resource Management, HRM 311 Organizational Behavior, and HRM/LEAD 312 Leading Organizational Change. She is actively engaged in the First United Methodist Church in Mechanicsburg and is a passionate Ohio State Buckeyes supporter.
