Jennifer Rowe is a Professor and Carol J. Loomis Faculty Fellow at the University of Missouri's Missouri School of Journalism, where she has taught since 1998. She served as chair of the Magazine Journalism Faculty Group for over six years and was editorial director of the award-winning student-produced city magazine Vox for thirteen years.
Her educational background includes both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Missouri School of Journalism. She has received numerous teaching honors including the O.O. McIntyre Professorship (2016), William T. Kemper Fellowship (2009), and MU Provost’s Outstanding Junior Faculty Teaching Award (2004).
