Jennifer Meness

Jennifer Meness (Waabishkaa Migizi, White Eagle) is an Anishinaabe Knowledge Keeper and Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Toronto Metropolitan University. A member of the Algonquins of Pikwàkànàgan First Nation, she integrates Anishinaabe worldviews with Western academic frameworks to explore cultural transmission, spirituality, and identity through performance, dance, and material culture.
