Jennifer Lawrence

Dr. Jennifer Lawrence is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Biology at Ohio Dominican University. She holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology & Molecular Genetics from Loma Linda University. Her research focuses on the epigenetic effects of environmental exposures, particularly nicotine's impact on cardiovascular systems and asthma development. Current work explores plant extracts against drug-resistant bacteria.

Dr. Lawrence has published extensively on fetal and neonatal nicotine exposure effects, including cardiovascular vulnerability and epigenetic modifications.
