Jennifer Langhinrichsen-Rohling is a Professor in the Department of Psychological Science at the University of North Carolina Charlotte, affiliated with the College of Humanities & Earth and Social Sciences (CHESS). Her Honors Faculty term ends June 30, 2029. She manages the THRIVE Lab with three focus areas: THRIVE-Healthcare, THRIVE After Violence, and THRIVE in Relationships.

Her scholarship emphasizes under-served populations and has contributed to the National Sexual Assault Kit Initiative. Notable outputs include an edited Routledge book, Sexual Assault Kits and Reforming the Response to Rape, co-authored with Dr. Lovell.
