Jennifer Lê

Professor Jennifer Lê is a faculty member in the Department of Sociology at Bellevue College. Born and raised in Minnesota, she earned her master’s and doctorate degrees in graduate school in College Station, Texas. Dr. Lê is passionate about sociology, particularly in areas tied to her personal background as a mixed-race Asian and daughter of a refugee, and specializes in teaching Introduction to Sociology, Race & Ethnicity, Mixed-Race Identity, and related topics. She actively engages with students through service-learning projects and emphasizes the practical applications of sociology.
