Jennifer Koh

Jennifer Koh is a Visiting Professor of Law at the University of California, Irvine School of Law and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Washington School of Law, where she also serves as Director of the Immigration Clinic.

Her research and advocacy focus on the intersection of immigration enforcement and the criminal justice system, deportation law, and federal court treatment of immigration claims. She has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

She has held academic roles at multiple institutions, including founding the Immigration Clinic at Western State College of Law and serving as a Clinical Lecturer at Stanford Law School.
