Dr. Jennifer Kim is a Research Associate Professor in the Department of Public Health and Community Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine, affiliated with the Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development. Her work focuses on organizational psychology, examining how DEI dynamics influence individuals and teams in STEM industries. She employs mixed-methods approaches to study cross-cultural interactions in healthcare, clinical trial accessibility, and inclusive leadership practices.
