Jennifer Johnson

Dr. Jennifer Johnson is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Director of Studies for the M.Sc. Healthcare Leadership at the University of Liverpool's Management School. She holds a PhD in cross-cultural learning and has extensive academic credentials including SFHEA and FCIPD fellowships. Her roles include co-creating the M.Sc. Healthcare Leadership program with the School of Medicine and previously securing CIPD accreditation for the HRM program. She has industry experience as Head of HRD in a multinational firm and ran her own SME as a business coach. Her research focuses on cross-cultural learning, leadership in healthcare, and educational transitions.
