Dr. Jennifer Hunt is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at the University of Manitoba's Max Rady College of Medicine. She serves as the Program Director for the Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) subspecialty training program since July 2015 and as Acting Medical Director of the Manitoba RH Program since September 2019. Her clinical practice at St. Boniface Hospital focuses on high-risk prenatal care.

Dr. Hunt's research interests concentrate on maternal medical conditions in pregnancy, particularly cardiac diseases in pregnancy and maternal/fetal complications. Her work includes outcomes of twin pregnancies by chronicity and collaborations with the Department of Cardiac Sciences and Department of Genetics at the University of Manitoba.
She has received numerous teaching awards including the Carl Nimrod Educator Award (2018) and multiple National Faculty Awards from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology (2017, 2014, 2011). Additional recognitions include Educator of the Year awards from PARIM (2014, 2013), the Dr. Michael Bruser Memorial Award (2008), and multiple undergraduate teaching awards during residency (2008, 2007, 2006).
