Dr. Jennifer Giblin is the Associate Head of the School of Law & Criminal Justice at Edge Hill University, focusing on employability and external relations. She holds a PhD in International Law from the University of Nottingham, awarded the DJ Harris Prize (Best Thesis) in 2022. Her research explores international peacekeeping, UN operations, and post-conflict legal frameworks through a TWAIL lens.

Recent publications include United Nations Peacekeeping and the Principle of Non-Intervention: A TWAIL Perspective (2024) and a co-edited book on International Law and the Ukraine War (2025). She leads a Universities UK-funded twinning project with Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.
Teaching: Courses include International Law, Contract Law, and International Peace and Security. She contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to education and justice.
