Jennifer Farrell

Dr. Jennifer Farrell is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Western University, and an Associate Research Fellow at the Tax Administration Research Centre (TARC) at the University of Exeter Business School. Her academic credentials include a PhD from Queen Mary, University of London, an LLM in Tax from King's College London, and an LLB. She was called to the Bar of Ontario.

Jennifer's research examines the intersection of tax laws and cross-border taxation with trade laws (e.g., WTO law, EU law) and emerging technologies like cryptocurrencies. She actively contributes to academic and professional communities through grants, publications, and committee work.
