Jennifer Dixon

Miss Jennifer Dixon is a Lecturer in Human Resources & Leadership at the University of Wolverhampton Business School, joining in July 2022. Her academic background includes an LLB (Hons) in Law from Birmingham City University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wolverhampton, where she received the award for Best Performing Postgraduate Student in Business.

• Industry Experience: HR practitioner in hospitality, entertainment, and retail sectors, specializing in recruitment, talent development, and generalist HR roles.

She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and focuses on student empowerment through practical HR expertise and academic instruction.
