Jennifer Caplin

Jennifer Caplin is an Associate Clinical Professor and Chair of the Department of Preventative, Pediatric, and Community Dentistry at the University of New England. She holds a BS in Biology from MIT, a DMD from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MS in Oral Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Her career includes volunteer dental work in China, private orthodontics practice, and academic roles at the University of Illinois at Chicago (Associate Director of Post-Graduate Orthodontics) and NYU (Program Director of Orthodontics). Research interests center on access to care and malocclusion genetics.
