Jennifer Butler Modaff

Jennifer Butler Modaff is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Studies at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where she teaches courses ranging from foundational theories to advanced organizational communication. Her academic work focuses on workplace dynamics, emotional labor, and inclusive practices.
