Jennifer Biggs

Jennifer Biggs is an Associate Professor and Doctor of Physical Therapy Program Director. She holds a BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1997), an MPH in Public Health Administration from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health (2002), and a PhD in Health Services Research from the same institution (2016).
