Jen Rhymer is Assistant Professor in the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Group at UCL School of Management, researching the future of work and organizing paradigms. Her work examines collaboration in flexible work arrangements and technology integration in organizations.
Research investigates location-independent organizations through ethnographic studies of distributed teams, analyzing coordination mechanisms across time zones and digital platforms. Current projects explore how organizations incorporate non-human entities (AI systems, environmental stakeholders) into decision-making frameworks and governance structures.
