Jen Haensel

Jen Haensel is a PhD Student and Visiting Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Psychological Sciences at Birkbeck, University of London. Her work focuses on cultural differences in face perception development using advanced eye tracking techniques. She has held research roles at institutions including Kyoto University and the University of Sheffield.

Awards include the SR Research Poster Award (2017) and a Psychology Merit Certificate (2010). She has received funding from the Wellcome Trust and MRC. Teaching roles include demonstrating for research methods courses at Birkbeck since 2016.
