Jem Rongong

Jem Rongong is Professor of Vibration Damping Technologies and Deputy Head of School at the University of Sheffield's School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering. His research since the 1990s focuses on reducing machinery vibration through passive damping methods, including viscoelastic materials, syntactic foams, particle dampers, and friction-based systems.
