Jeffrey Sunshine

Jeffrey Sunshine, MD, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Radiology and holds concurrent Assistant Professor roles in the Departments of Neurological Surgery and Neurology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He serves as Executive Vice Chair of Radiology at University Hospitals (UH) and Chief Medical Information Officer at UH. His expertise spans advanced imaging techniques for neurological disorders, with a focus on acute stroke management, fast MRI development, and MR-guided therapies.

Education includes a Doctor of Medicine (1990) and Doctor of Philosophy in Neurobiology (1988) from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology (concentration in Limnology) from the University of Pennsylvania (1983).
