Jeffrey Russell

Dr. Jeffrey S. Russell serves as Vice Provost for Lifelong Learning and Dean of Continuing Studies at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, advocating for academic excellence and innovation in lifelong education. A registered professional engineer in Wisconsin, he is also a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, College of Engineering.
