Professor Jeffrey R. LaFleur is a Professor of Practice in Acquisition and Resource Strategy at the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, National Defense University. He retired from the U.S. Air Force with extensive experience in acquisition, flight test engineering, and strategic staff roles. His career includes leadership in $3.6 billion strike portfolios, rapid testing of AC-130W Dragon Spear aircraft, and oversight of a $213 billion defense acquisition portfolio. He contributed to the reform of the DoD 5000 series into the Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
