Jeffrey R. Edwards is the Belk Distinguished Professor of Organizational Behavior at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research focuses on individual and organizational change, person-organization fit, stress and coping in organizations, and methodological advancements in organizational research. He holds a PhD and MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA from UNC Chapel Hill. Edwards has served as editor of Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, associate editor of multiple journals, and held leadership roles in the Academy of Management.
His teaching has been award-winning, and he has advised numerous organizations on change management and research methods. Edwards’ work emphasizes polynomial regression and response surface methodology to study congruence effects. He has been recognized with the Distinguished Career Award from the Academy of Management and is a Fellow of multiple professional societies.
