Jeffrey Maiden, Ph.D., is a Professor of Educational Administration, Curriculum, and Supervision at the University of Oklahoma’s Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education. He serves as Researcher and Director Emeritus of the Institute for the Study of Education Finance (ISEF), an organization he co-founded.
