Jeffrey L. Winters

Jeffrey L. Winters is a Professor of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at the Mayo College of Medicine. He serves as Chair of the Division of Transfusion Medicine and Associate Program Director of the Mayo Clinic Transfusion Medicine/Blood Banking Fellowship Program. As Medical Director of the Therapeutic Apheresis Treatment Unit (performing 3,000 annual procedures), his clinical leadership spans transfusion medicine, apheresis therapies, and blood banking operations.
