Jeffrey Halpern

Jeffrey Halpern is a Professor of Chemical Engineering & Bioengineering at the University of New Hampshire's College of Engineering and Physical Sciences. With a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University, he directs research in electrochemical biosensors, nanobiotechnology, and medical diagnostics.

His laboratory focuses on biorecognition elements, metal oxide catalysts, and breath-based cancer detection methods. Key publications include studies on biosensor design and electrochemical amino acid activation.
