Dr. Jeffrey Grove is a Lecturer of Political Science at the School of Social Sciences (SOSS), Singapore Management University. He holds a PhD in Political Science (expected 2025) from the University of Washington, alongside an MA (2018) and BA (2014) in Political Science from Moravian College. His research examines land management development in the U.S. and Philippines, focusing on how American bureaucratic governance evolved through colonial and domestic contexts.
