Jeffrey F. Kelly, PhD is a Professor and Director of the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Oklahoma. His research focuses on Aeroecology, Ornithology, and the ecological impacts of artificial light at night. He leads projects on climate-driven avian migration patterns, light pollution, soundscapes, and microplastics, funded by NSF, USGS, and The Nature Conservancy. Recent work includes studies on nocturnal migration behavior and radar-based ecological monitoring.
