Jeffrey Davis

Jeffrey Davis is a Lecturer at the Department of Management within the Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). He earned a bachelor's degree from Medaille College and an Executive MBA from RIT in 2010. Davis teaches courses such as International Business, Executive Leadership Series, and Capstone Consulting Projects, combining his extensive professional experience.

• Military: 12+ years in the U.S. Air Force and 8 years in the New York Air National Guard
• Industry: 8 years in financial services and leadership roles in recruiting
• Global Experience: Worked/lived in 9 countries across Asia, Middle East, and Europe

His research and teaching interests focus on global business strategies, executive leadership, and organizational problem-solving. Davis also directed EMBA and Executive Education programs, contributing to RIT's Princeton Review-ranked MBA program. He resides in Penfield, NY with his wife Maura and children Conor and Erin.
