Jeffrey Canino

Jeffrey Canino serves as a Lecturer of English in the School of Liberal Arts at Marist College, teaching core English literature and First Year Seminar courses with emphasis on intersections between literary production, history, and theory through genre fiction's interrogation of social progress boundaries.

Prior to his current role, Professor Canino taught English literature and composition at SUNY New Paltz and served as Coordinator of Student Academic Persistence in The Writing Center at Dutchess Community College. He is also a published author of numerous current and forthcoming graphic novels for young readers.
