Jeffrey Barry

Jeffrey Barry is an Adjunct Professor with extensive experience in higher education, having taught business, computer, and general education courses at Philadelphia University, Post University, Asnuntuck Community College, and Bay Path University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and holds a Master’s in College Administration and Leadership.

His research interests focus on Organizational Leadership, particularly transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, and their impact on organizational culture. His teaching philosophy emphasizes bridging theoretical concepts with real-world applications through reflective life experiences.

Professional memberships include the National Association of Academic Advising (NACADA), Online Learning Consortium (OLC), and honor societies like Golden Key International Honor Society and Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society. He has held administrative roles such as Director of General Education and Interim Dean of Students.
