Jeff Schwartz

Jeff Schwartz is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Law & Justice Studies at Rowan University's College of Humanities & Social Sciences. A retired law enforcement officer, he specializes in police tactics, firearms training, and use of force protocols. His expertise includes developing training programs for security personnel and law enforcement agencies.
