Dr. Jeff Polton is a Senior Lecturer affiliated with the School of Environmental Sciences at the University of Liverpool and leads the Marine Systems Modelling group at the National Oceanography Centre (NOC) in Liverpool, UK. He has been with NOC since 2007 and holds roles including Coastal Ocean theme Lead for the UK Joint Marine Modelling Programme (JMMP) and Lead of Workpackage 1 (Ocean Modelling) in the CANARI project.
