Jeff McNeil

Jeff McNeil is an Associate Professor and Program Director for the Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at Liberty University's School of Behavioral Sciences. A retired U.S. Army officer with 25 years of service, he specialized in operational psychology within Special Operations, including roles as Chief Operational Psychologist for the Army Talent Management Task Force and Director of Psychological Applications at USASOC.

Dr. McNeil has served as a certified SERE Psychologist, Aeromedical Psychologist, and Special Operations Officer. He has deployed across CENTCOM and PACOM, contributing to combat operations and personnel selection.
