Jeff L. Foley

Jeff L. Foley serves as Adjunct Lecturer of Cybersecurity & Info. Assurance in Utica University's School of Arts & Sciences while concurrently holding the Vice President of Attack Surface Protection position at ZeroFox. His extensive career includes 16 years as a contractor at the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (2001-2017), Subject Matter Expert/Director of Penetration Testing roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation, and Global Head of Attack Surface Management at Citi.

Mr. Foley's research centers on cybersecurity with specialized focus on attack surface management, offensive cyber warfare, and penetration testing. Through his leadership of the Amass OWASP Flagship Project, he addresses critical situational awareness gaps in traditional security programs via in-depth attack surface mapping and asset discovery.
