Jeff K. Grim

Jeff K. Grim is an Assistant Professor in the Higher Education Program at George Mason University's School of Integrative Studies. His research focuses on organizational structures, policies, and practices in higher education, with an emphasis on equity, diversity, and inclusion. He holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education from the University of Michigan, an M.A. in Student Affairs Administration from Michigan State University, and a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Maryland.
