Jeff Cox

Jeff Cox is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Commercial Music Division at Trevecca Nazarene University's School of Music and Worship Arts. He holds a Bachelor of Music from Belmont University and Master of Arts in Jazz Studies from Middle Tennessee State University, and is currently pursuing a DMA in Music Education from William Carey University. He founded Trevecca's commercial jazz ensembles Fuze and Element.

As an active professional musician, Cox has performed with Grammy-nominated artists including Earl Klugh and Tim Rushlow, and collaborated with jazz and country artists such as Nelson Rangell, Nnenna Freelon, Lorrie Morgan, and Trisha Yearwood. His industry experience includes performances with Disney's College Band Program and various Christian artists.
