Jean Emans

Jean Emans is the Mary Ellen Avery Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and Chief Emeritus of the Division of Adolescent/Young Adult Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital. She directs the Office of Faculty Development and leads Adolescent Health (LEAH) Training Programs.

Her research encompasses adolescent health outcomes, pediatric gynecology, reproductive endocrinology disorders, and medical education innovation. Recent work focuses on health equity initiatives and diversity in pediatric healthcare systems.
