Jean-Claude Micha

Jean-Claude Micha is a Professor at the University of Namur (UNamur), leading the Unité de Recherches en Biologie des Organismes (URBO). He holds a Doctorat en Sciences Zoologiques from the University of Liège and has held academic roles since 1975, including Professor Ordinaire at FUNDP and leadership roles in departments and research units. His work focuses on aquatic ecosystems, fisheries, and sustainable aquaculture, with extensive international collaboration.
