Jazmine Skinner

Dr. Jazmine Skinner is a Lecturer in Animal Science at the University of Southern Queensland, affiliated with the School of Agriculture and Environmental Science. She is also part of the Centre for Agricultural Engineering and the Centre for Health Research. Her expertise spans Animal Nutrition, Production Systems, and the application of advanced sensors and technology in animal health monitoring. She holds a PhD from the University of Queensland, focusing on Vitamin K and VKDP functioning in horses.
