Jazmin Sierra is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame and a Faculty Fellow at the Kellogg Institute for International Studies. She coordinates the Notre Dame Latin American Politics Workshop. Her research focuses on political economy, particularly state-business relations, global production networks, and energy politics.
