Jayne Tan

Jayne Tan is a Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management and serves as an Executive Coach and Team Facilitator for the MIT Leadership Center. She mentors student teams in G-Lab (Global Entrepreneurship), H-Lab (Healthcare), EM Lab (Enterprise Management), China Lab, and India Lab, supporting MBA, Executive, and MIT student programs. With 20 years of general management experience, she specializes in strategic analysis, business development, and capital raising across healthcare, media, and technology sectors.

Research Interests: Jayne focuses on leadership coaching, experiential learning, and organizational resilience. She bridges technical skills with self-awareness and teamwork to enhance executive performance. Her work emphasizes holistic approaches to leadership development, particularly in high-pressure environments.

Recent Work: Co-authored insights on adapting experiential learning during the pandemic, presented at the LEPE 2021 Conference hosted by MIT Sloan Action Learning.
