About
Jay Rosen is a Professor in the Mathematics Department at The College of Staten Island, part of The City University of New York (CUNY). His research focuses on Probability Theory, particularly on Stochastic Processes including Markov Processes and Gaussian Processes, with a specialized interest in Local Times and Intersection Local Times. He also investigates Large Deviations and Multifractal Analysis of exceptional points in random processes.
- Current research explores connections between local times of Markov processes and Gaussian chaoses.
- Active work includes large deviations of intersection local times and analysis of exceptional points for random walks.
