Jay Johnson is a Lecturer and Director of the George V. Voinovich Academy for Excellence in Public Service at Ohio University's Dublin Campus. With over 30 years of government/military experience as a Marine Corps officer, he specializes in leadership development, team building, and strategic leadership across organizational levels. His career includes executive roles at the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College, where he mentored 1,300+ students globally.
