Professor Jay Cullen is a faculty member at Edge Hill University’s School of Law & Criminal Justice, specializing in Financial Regulation, Banking Law, and Corporate Governance. Previously, he held positions at the University of York (as Professor of Financial Regulation and Director of Research), the University of Sheffield (Associate Professor), and Liverpool John Moores University (Senior Lecturer). He has also served as an Adjunct Research Professor at the University of Oslo, coordinating research on sustainable finance. His work focuses on sustainable finance, climate policy, and systemic risk, with grants from the ESRC, European Commission, and others.
