Javier Mejuto

Javier Mejuto is an Adjunct Professor affiliated with the Centre for Astrophysics at the University of Southern Queensland. His research spans interdisciplinary domains, integrating astronomical sciences with cultural and anthropological studies.

His primary research interests include Indigenous Astronomy, Cultural Astronomy, Ethnoastronomy, Archaeoastronomy, Historical Astronomy, Mesoamerican Astronomy, Indigenous Knowledge, Astrophysics, and Astronomical Heritage. His work bridges modern astrophysics with anthropological and archaeological perspectives.
